The Flat Lay Method

This is the most accurate way to find your size. Here is how it works:

  1. Find a shirt you already own that fits you exactly the way you love it.

  2. Lay it completely flat on a table or hard surface.

  3. Measure straight across the chest from seam to seam. This is your chest width.

  4. Measure the top of the shoulder seam straight down to the bottom hem. This is your total length.

  5. Compare those two numbers to the sizing chart for the specific garment you are ordering.
